This company used my closed business account info which is in Texas and transferred the information including credit card info to another indeed account out of Florida charging my card for this Florida company's job posting. I had to do INDEEDs job for them to get this fixed. I would never use them again nor refer them to anybody.

I am totally disgusted that Indeed dropped their sponsorship of Kira Davis, Canadian-American author, due to her "so called radical views concerning the LBGTQ movement." Again, we cannot say anything against the mainstream narrative even if it is harmful to children.

You should avoid this website, as someone looking for a job. Allows companies to post without any indicator of salary, I suspect they stimulate these due to the sheer number of them in the last few months. You’ll get flooded with applications that don’t correspond to your initial search query. Just because a large company pays to push the application to more potential employees. Nail in the coffin; Virtue signalling with geopolitical preference. I don’t go to your website to check your stance on an ongoing proxy war.

Placed a short ad for about three days, seeking one employee. After a few no shows for interviews, no luck, and no response ever from Indeed after emailing them repeatedly, I cancelled the ad. The next day, I received a bill for $540. No way...certainly this is illegal. I've now read exact complaints from others, as well as the same on the Better Business Bureau's site.

Indeed continued to charge me for more than 4 months after my job ad was closed at a cost of over $5000.

Such a crooks! Charged for no performance whatsoever! the candidates are not reliable and most cases not exciting as they never reply! That is my opinion! I would not use this again. NOT reliable and customer service does not provide any information whatsoever!!!!!

I am a subcontractor that was looking for a quality employee. As of right now it is just myself doing construction work through my business. Definitely not a rich business owner. Are used in deed to help find me an employee. I thought it was free. I posted with them on January 23, 2023 I ended it January 26, 2023 and it cost me $1100 to not find anyone. I canceled as soon as I saw the charges did not realize they were gonna drain my checking account. Because they did that I cannot afford gas to get to jobs this coming week or pay my auto insurance. Because that cannot be paid I lose my position with the company I do work for because I am not up-to-date. They totally screwed me.

I applied for a mail sorter job on this site on 28th dec 2022 where it says urgent start immediately but a month later and still haven't received any reply since and it makes me think that does anyone else who apply here ever get a replies back too or do Indeed actually pass on our application to the employer's

Data protection act has been breached my indeed mailbox is constantly getting messages from chat rooms abroad, plus 26/01/2023 received a delayed message as it was titled inviting me to an inducting for an applied position the induction date was 18/11/2022, wonder why I never got the job

I electronically posted a job ad on Monday, and the transaction went through. The job didn't show up on the site. There is no chat or customer service phone number. I filed an emailed question on Tuesday. I got a generic, useless email Tuesday evening saying the post was flagged, and I had a case number that would get expedited. I sent another email Wednesday morning. Job is still not posted, no human to talk to, no reply, nothing. You can't even log onto your portal and cancel the transaction. I don't know if they have no personnel to review new accounts or if they are just this clueless and this inept? Just completed a post on Monster.

I’m getting constant calls for jobs off people who say I am on Indeed offering employment. I have no vacancies! I haven’t got time for this! Now my business phone keeps ringing. I have never had contact with Indeed.

Firstly, I never selected a Password and yet there is one on my profile. I am trying to Change it to something I will actually have a record of by following their instructions, but I don't get the options they mention. People work from different countries these days (Remotely), but this does not seem to be a (fast-growing) market that Indeed seem to cater for. You link to a country and then you only get the jobs from that country. Very old-fashioned way to think about working these days. My phone number and ‘Country’ is in a different country from where I would like to source jobs, so the website switches between the different countries willy-nilly (and changes the language all the time – even though there is no obvious way to change it to English). Website needs so much work to be practical that it is actually quite sad. People don’t work in the same country they reside in anymore – when will you understand this???

Indeed are complete scammers , I put a add up when I was chasing a worker to help out with my business, the fee was $33 ,. After about a month I had 3 people respond and they didn't show up for work.. in a two month period, these SCAMMING group INDEED PROCEEDED TO TAKE OVER $1700 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IN A TWO MONTH PERIOD , THIS WAS MY ACCONT WITH THE ONLY MONEY I HAD TO ENJOY JUST OVER A WEEK OFF WORK AT END OF YEAR TO PAY MY VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND TRAILER REGO OUT OF , WHEN I FINALLY CHECKED ACCOUNT, THERE WAS NO FUNDS IN THERE, SO NO MONEY NO VEHICLE TO DRIVE, ABSOLUTE SCUM SITE,. I HAVE HAD TO LOST MANY ITEMS I DONT WANT TO SELL TO EAT AND LIVE ONLY A FEW HAVE SOLD LEAVING ME WITH NO MONEY STILL TO NOW,. NO BODY USE INDEED , also no response on asking for money back..

A million applications, not one response. The website is a waste of time, most positions are already filled upon posting. Better off calling companies straight.

I applied for a job via indeed and having no response from the company that were hiring I phone them directly. They did not have my full CV and the part most relevant to the job was missing. I was not contacted because of this. The company were upset about this as many people had applied and they had a poor response when chasing canadates. Indeed, do not have a contact no or a helpline. I am told that indeed are a good site to use by the jobcentre, is this because someone from indeed has a chum in government who is getting a back hander.

These people are totally time wasters, my husband got a mails about a job and then was never followed up, then obviously who ever got the job it didn't work out and contacted my husband again a month later , then never contacted him again...avoid

Horrible customer support. I reach out to them for help with employer ads with no reply. There website is poorly designed, very difficult to navigate. Can,t delete candidates that don’t qualify. Total mess.

indeed is horrible now. We just spent over $500 to have only 16 people we liked, 10 did not respond to our several emails to them and out of the 6 people that set up interviews, 2 showed up. So we paid $250 per application that showed up for an interview. Horrible new model for restaurants that hire young workers.

Alright so here's the thing with indeed you can apply over 500 jobs and still won't get no call back or email.jobs will say there hiring immediately but never get back to you. In my opinion indeed is a waste of time.and you never get hired right away.my experience not the greatest I think they suck when it comes to finding a job.

WORST COMPANY EVER USED FOR ADVERTISING!£540 BILL in January after already charging me £100 for the month the of January. 1 job application advertised that was stopped on the 12th of January.No customer complaints contact number instructed my bank to take action in reversing the £540 bill.Please don't use this company and fall victim of this terrible company that my bank told me they have the issue with them all the time!Its says a lot I am not the only victim of there scamming!We are small businesses trying to help employee people well this company are taking extortionate amounts of money from your accounts with no excuse or justification! DISGUSTING!

Sent fake requests to apply for jobs, supposedly from the employer who has viewed my profile on indeed. Having fell for this a couple of times and hearing nothing back, I now feel the need to leave this review. On one hand they say they don't give access to your detail unless you've applied for a job then I'm getting emails that say they are direct from the employer and they want you to apply for the position. Only like I say to hear nothing.
