They immediately offer a 50 % discount but it is easy to overlook that this discount is only for the first month of a 12 or 24 month subscription. For example, at the top of the main view, and also on the second page in the payment process, it is only written at the top that there is a rebate of 50 %, not that it is only for the first of 12 or 24 months. When I see a statement that there is a rebate of 50 %, it is very clear to me that this rebate should apply to the overall costs of a subscription and not to 1/12 or 1/24 of the cost. Furthermore, I understand the answer ElitePartner gave as hypocritical. The way I see it is that many of their rules have the goal to take advantage of customers. For example, why is it necessary to cancel a subscription many weeks before it ends. I do not see any reason for this other than making money with customers who forget to cancel that early. This strategy is clearly reflected by the average rating on this platform (currently 1.5 of 5: „ungenügend“).

Unethical Behaviour - Feels Like a Scam I joined for six months. Didn't notice the automatic renewal then hit with a bill for €600 on my card. Tried "widerruf" and normal cancellation within days and got a polite message saying neither is possible, even though it is absolutely clear I don't want it. It's going through the lawyers. DO NOT USE ELITE PARTNER. TAKE THE MONEY OFF THEM AS THEY DO TO US!!

Update: they refused to refund me although it has been less than 24 hours. Absolutely shameless scammers .I am extremely upset to receive this reply. No I have contacted your customer service and told me to agree on 20% refund. That is not true what you are saying. This website is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. Refund me or I am going to take legal action against you. Extremely dishonest people

Given that 99.9% of my messages go unread, I have a strong feeling that most, if not all, members are fraudulent accounts. I want to believe that this company isn't a scam, since their ads appear on mainstream media, but I'm having trouble believing that I am getting close to zero replies (since they are never being read) to my hundreds of messages. Hoping I get some kind of feedback from the company here about this...I guess they could claim that most people are not paying members and therefore cannot read/reply to my messages, but it's hard to believe that so many of my matches are almost exclusively non-members...

This is definitely a fraud! Please people stay away from it! As once you paid as premium member, you can never get away from it easily! As the others mentioned its worse than all the other dating App.

Careful, fraud! They send you the conditions in which they clearly write that you can step back from the agreement, which the persons that signed me in (it was supposed to be a trick of a group of friends) did within 3 hours... They charged them almost 300 EUROS for these 3 hours. Be careful!!! Now, 18 months later, I found out that they are still presenting "my" fake profile (with pictures of a model) on their website... If that profile isn't real (and they know it), what about all the others?? Probably these profiles are fake too...

It is worst that tinder and other dating app. I subscribed and paid to view the potential partners but I cant see any or send msgs. I think it is fake website and they fraud your money.

Unfortunately, I didn’t use any of the features on your website because I met someone spectacularly awesome right away and we have been together since then. I think we just got lucky to show interest to talking and meeting because their intelligent matching algorithm gave us a low matching score. This was not a surprise to me given the poor quality of matching questions which was exactly the same as some other websites. Please be aware of their cancelation policy which is a total rip-off.

Had a horrible experience with these guys. I ve registered and filled my profile- absolutely normal text and pics and after a couple of days they deleted it because it "doesn't fit" their requirements. I am a doctor educated in Oxford, wrote an awesome profile text, what else do they need? Don't recommend it.

I have subscribed to EP Premium last October, 2019 and on the same months I have met a great guy at the friends party. I had two dates from EP platform and none of them was clear and knew what he wants (it turned out that both weren't ready for relationship). In November I wrote an email to the customer support and asked about the procedure of withdrawal from the membership. Costumer support politely explained that it is not possible and I have the chance to use my account for one year longer! But I don't use it since November and I am not gonna use it ever! As an obligation, I had to pay almost 450 euros until I can cancel my membership. I strongly DON'T recommend this platform.

What an incredibly stupid system, hidden from your “coworkers, clients and the like(here you mean husband or wife I suppose)” However you must invite someone to see you photo’s not knowing who they are……even more embarrassing, therefore not giving you the opportunity to avoid contact, which was your apparent aim in the first place, makes no sense. Unless this site is just for cheating husbands and wives…… sounds like it.

My premium contract will end Jan 10 2020, how to stop the automatic renew? There is no access from the app and the website to stop that. How long does it for the process? Thank you

NEVER JOIN THIS SITE - - ITS THE WORST SITE I EVER USED AND IVE USED A LOT OF THEM - PLUS IT WAS BY FAR, THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE I EVER TRIED-- I dont need to repeat whats been said on here hundreds of times. I could hardly believe that the site was so bad after paying all of that money, but worse than that was the automatic renewal for SF718.80 when I never received any reminders asking if i wanted to renew. They conveniently say, like all of the rip off sites that it was in the fine print when you signed up. They are right on that, but you have to cancel before 9 months into the first year or they renew you for a whole year at the full price but its obviously a scam and shouldnt be allowed these days. Consumers should be protected against such scams. Only wish I had seen trust pilot sooner

Please do not sign up. I signed up for a year, but discovered after a month that it is really not a good website/system, so I changed to the free subscription. That was it I thought. But no, they charged me double the amount for two consequent years because they claimed I did not cancel. Which of course I did by switching to the free subscription. I emailed them over and over and over, but my money is gone, and I am still stuck on the website, even though by now I am married and have a baby, so really not looking for someone!! Which makes me think there are probably many more people on the platform with 'ghost profiles'. You will find love, but just not on ElitePartner. The are ineffective, unfriendly and will scam you out of your money.

Dear ElitePartner Your signup page starts and is printed IN ENGLISH. Refund my money. Apologise for wasting my time, and that of your members! I have writen to your customer service. and received no response! The only reply I receive is via the Trustpiolet site! In answer to your point, I could not have known your site was only in German, and in the Swiss German area of Switzerland until I used it! I used all my interaction on your site to gently say to all who contacted me, that I do not speak German and live too far from their region!! For the sake care and trust of people on your site, your reputation, and any ethical stand point, as your site is only in German and in the Swiss German region, and this was not clear, or specified when I signed up, refund and cancel my subscription today!

Elite Partner uses unethical methods! A subscription site can inform you of a automatic annual renewal, but CAN NOT threat with going to court if the payment was canceled or declined. All it can do is disconnect access to the site. A subscription service can not press legal charges. Elite Partner be ashamed to take advantage of people. This has to stop !!!!!!

This is very big scam website ever !!! Please include me for legal action against this company. They have many tricks to not cancel your contact and I still couldn’t believe how even it’s possible? Is it legal in Germany to keep customers against their will?!! Today is10.04 2019 you still keep charging me even I had been asked for cancelation in my 1day! Why you still keep married women in your website is it even ethical to other customers ? I will keep updating until you remove me from your website and stop billing for service I’m not interested!

Hello Everyone, Thank you all for the bad reviews. I have decided that it will be better to take legal actions against them or they will still go ahead scamming individuals without ever providing even a slightly okay service. Unfortunately I am one of those individual. I don't want to repeat what everyone is saying and sadly I did not check before signing up but now I have their time and I am ready for the fight both legally and on social media, I am new in Germany so do not really know how the legal system works but I intend to find out, If anyone knows of any lawyers already handling cases like this or if you are on of the people that have been scammed and want to take up legal action against them, please contact me on novellas2000@yahoocouk. I have been trying to cancel the contract since almost two years. Got married and a baby in the meantime (NOT through this terrible service). And still they are sending me reminders to pay the bills - they did not close my account after numerous emails and post letters. Unglaublich!! Worst customers experience ever!
