Ich habe 2 Monate im Voraus ein Zimmer gebucht. Nachdem ich versucht hatte, das Zimmer einen Monat im Voraus zu stornieren, wurde weder eine Rückerstattung noch ein Gutschein angeboten. Ich wollte Trivago zum ersten Mal ausprobieren, aber ich werde Trivago nie wieder verwenden.

Auf jeden Fall ein betrügerisches Unternehmen. Führe die Leute nicht in die Irre.

Auf jeden Fall ein betrügerisches Unternehmen. Wenn sie ihren Betrug fortsetzen, obwohl ich sie viele Male gewarnt habe, muss ich mir, den Trivago-Betrügern, nur ihre Lügen beweisen. Welches Hotel zeigen Sie? Was steht eigentlich auf der Website des Ministeriums? Verstehen Sie, wie betrügerisch dieses Unternehmen ist? Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zeigt 4 Sterne. Es zeigt Hotels, die nicht einmal einen Stern haben, als 4 Sterne

Der Mehrwert von Trivago ist nicht mehr gegeben, da die KI die Preise in der Gegend sehr gut reguliert und somit sind die Preise ziemlich harmonisch abgestimmt. Ansonsten habe ich gute Erfahrungen gesammelt.

Ich hatte zwei tolle Vorstellungsgespräche, aber beim dritten haben sie einen Mann mitgebracht, der nichts mit der Stelle zu tun hat, nur um herauszufinden, wie er und ich kommunizieren werden, weil er Israeli ist und ich Palästinenser. Und es scheint, dass er es nicht akzeptieren konnte. Wie schade.

Leider Angebote die dann nach Eingabe aller erforderlichen Buchungsdaten inkl. Kreditkarte dann doch nicht vorhanden sind. Sehr schlecht und zwingend zu verbessern.

Tolle Unternehmenskultur. Die Menschen, die hier arbeiten, sind klug, professionell, vielfältig und stehen für Teamarbeit. Ich arbeite sehr gerne hier.

Der Einstellungsprozess für Mitarbeiter dieses Unternehmens ist zu unprofessionell :( Die Personalabteilung und das Rekrutierungsteam sollten neu zusammengestellt werden.

Tolles Ambiente und supermoderne Büros. Fitnessraum, Kantine etc. alles top. Da macht Arbeiten richtig Spaß.

Wrong location for searched accommodations, It's kind of the only thing this website should do. If they don't fix it, it is just a waste of time.

Terrible! My girlfriend and I booked a stay in Venice, the Royal Hotel San Marco, I immediately paid for the hotel by card. We traveled 800 kilometers by car to Venice, we came to the hotel and there they knew nothing about us, the hotel was not booked and they had everything occupied. They sent us from this hotel to another, they also knew nothing. It was already 10 o'clock in the evening, no one picked up the phone on the trivago. They told us that we should call ZENHOTELS that they had paid a reservation there. The operator told us that she was dealing with it, we waited until 24.00 outside in front of the hotel and tired. ! this is trivago and zenhotels.

Helpful Helpline ! Had a problem with a reservation in Munich. The hotel was declared to be in a 'central location', but was in the outskirts instead. Hotel insisted on payment in spite of cancellation (which was excluded with the reservation). Trivago Helpline convinced the hotel to waive the payment request. Thank you !

Just has bad as the hotel sites they work with ,no customer service, no class just a sign of the times . To be honest I’m worn out weather it be writing reviews or complaining in future I will be just booking direct or with booking.com ,sick of being ripped off with internet companies . Please don’t respond with your pathetic patronising automated response !!!!

My review is negative stars, many negative stars. I have to give a presentation at an upcoming conference and went to Trivago to book a room, not realizing that they would forward my information to a totally disreputable site, HotelQuickly. I made the reservation and Hotel Quickly sent me an email saying they paid my hotel directly, now many months ago. However, the hotel now tells me a middleman cancelled the reservation some time ago and the city is essentially sold out for the conference. HQ wants to offer a voucher, but I know it's not worth the ink I'd print it with. They've taken $800 from me and are not contacting me now. I'm a teacher and have to attend this conference for my job but out of pocket, and now I have lost the money I spent on what I believed to be a hotel room. Trivago is as bad as HQ...unless they're willing to step up and pay for my hotel.

Hi Angela, I appreciate your customer service that you responded to my e-Mail after 17 days and to my review after 12 days. If you have a 9 months old baby, drive for 6 hours and get stranded in front of a Hotel, then you'd realize how one feels. Clearly, you sound defensive instead of accepting your mistake. And I am saying it again there is no customer care number on your website on which one can call and clarify things. Of course I was mad and angry when I was left stranded in front of Hotel coz of your company and that Hotelsclick, and that's what you should expect when you take your customer's money and treat them like loser. I am not sorry for the e-Mail that I wrote and next time if your company does that again it will be 100s of e-mails like that plus I will drag you all to the court. I have warned all my 400 Facebook friends not to use Trivago and I am warning everyone here as well that they should never ever use Trivago to book Hotels.

Trivago is a very useful website whenever you want to book an hotel, because it is a search engine that allows you to compare hotel prices. It has a lot of hotels to search through and moreover there is a community where you can share experiences and read reviews. It is really different from other websites and very easy to use. I advice it to every one! You don´t have to pay anything because you can´t book hotels, so it is very trustworthy!

Trivago is the great choice to save time and money. I can find in between 500.000 the best price according with my preferencies, hotel features, location, and obviously at the best price. I always find what I was looking for , it is easy to use, well-organized and also It contains extra information about the destinations such as good reviews, hotel suggestions... trivago is the biggest hotel metasearch, more than 500.000 hotels with the biggest OTAs, Booking, com, Expedia, but also cheaper as Olotel, Logitravel and Travelrepublic. Trivago shows all the offers in one website, good way to save time and money in the same site. I used it the first time to book a hotel in London, a super expensive city, and i found a good 3 stars hotel for 49€ in Victoria Station, breakfast included. Very useful is also the page with the reviews for every hotel, coming from differents OTAs, a quick way to know the quality of the hotels. Before I was using Booking.com, but now thanks to trivago I can find the same hotel saving 30%, and I can travel much more  Thanks trivago

It is the best hotel price comparisor that I know. It is fast, you can choose between more hotels than any of the others, it is easy to use and still you can find information about the destination you are going.

It is some time now that I have been using trivago to find the hotel when I go for a business trip or on holiday with my family. Just enter the place where you'd like to go and the dates and get many hotels as result where you can see the prices of different booking sites for each hotel and of course go for the cheapest ones.
