We had a very disappointing experience with one of the maklers of this company. We were about to buy a house and we requested the measurements of the rooms as it wasn’t mentioned in exposé.Surprisingly, the company didn’t have the measurements to provide and we had to wait until two people from BBI make measurements and send hand written numbers over the expose to us. After looking at the measurements and comparing it to the size of the house claimed in exposé we realized that more than 60 square meters are missing and the house is overpriced for around 100000€. We kindly asked the real estate agent Sophia Voss to find a compromise, but she was putting pressure on us to make a decision regarding buying the house quick and she never apologized for this severe mistake in exposé. She promised to call us back after talking to the owner but she neither called nor picked up the phone again. Moreover, we discovered that the house is located directly under the airplane path and it is extremely loud place (she told us nothing about it). And the company had never corrected the size of the house on the website, so someone else might buy it severely overpriced. I would strongly recommend to stay away from BBI Immobilien and especially this lady!
